A key part of our clients wellbeing is to perform initial and follow up Fitness and Health Assessments. These assessments are conducted to ensure that a safe and effective program is developed and maintained.The assessment looks at:

• current dietary and exercise habits
• general condition of health
• obtaining information about your body and level of fitness

All body measurements and body fat tests are carefully explained and are optional.
