Buddy training or your own fitness group

Training for you and a buddy or 2 still allows for individual program and monitoring, but with the added bonus of increased motivation! Corporate groups

Group Fitness Training

We have several existing groups around Melbourne that anyone can join in. If you can't find some friends to join you, then join a group that has similar objectives to you.
