Group Training

Go has several fitness groups that operate in and around Melbourne. Anybody is welcome to join any of these fitness groups, however the numbers are normally capped at 10 members (except running and tri group). We offer a free trial for any of the groups. If you would like to trial a session free of charge, please contact us and we will give you the details and let the trainer know to expect you.
