Our process - Starting with a Personal Trainer

1 Contact us by phone or e-mail and tell us a bit about you
• We will then find a suitable trainer to match your needs (if any)
2 We'll organise your FREE Introductory session which includes:
• Meeting your trainer (of course)
• Discussing and assessing your goals, exercise and sporting history and your health status
• Running a trial training session to give you a feel of what's to come!
3 After your trial session we'll contact you or you will tell us if/when you would like to go ahead - most people do...
4 Start your first real training session!
• First session includes fitness assessment / dietary discussion and analysis and real training
5 Ongoing great training sessions and support
• Constructing your overall training plan, including agreed training to be done by yourself
• Conducting dietary reviews, providing feedback and advice and setting targets
6 Feel and look great! And we'll perform continuous re-assessments and review of progress towards goals
