
Group Training
Go has several fitness groups that operate in and around inner Melbourne. Anybody is welcome to join any of these fitness groups, however the numbers are normally capped at 10 members (except running and tri group). We offer a free trial for any of the groups. If you would like to trial a session free of charge, please contact us and we will give you the details and let the trainer know to expect you.

GO Run - running group
- This is for those who want to learn how to run better, run with other runners or for those who want to take their running to a new level. The running session involves distance running, interval/hill work and technique drills.
GO Get Fit- general fitness group
- For those who want to get fitter, leaner and healthier doing a mixed training session with like minded people - absolutely all levels of fitness are welcome. This group does all sorts of cardio, strength and core work such as boxing, running, body-weight exercises, dumbell training, swiss ball work and much more - lots of variety and a bit of fun as well (but you're guaranteed of a great workout)
GO Box - boxing and kickboxing group
- For those who want a predominantly boxing based fitness session. Our experienced trainers will take you through lots of boxing and kickboxing based drills that will get you in shape in no time. Be prepared for a tough workout, but what a great way to get rid of some stress!
GO Nuts - Hardcore training session
- So, you want to take your training to the next level or just supplement your training once or twice per week. This is for the fitness nut who wants to get flogged and get great value for their time. Little rest, tough sessions, no excuses training. This will whip your arse into shape!
GO Ride - ride/windtrain group
- If you are training for triathlon, cycling event or want to improve your fitness through cycling then this is for you. Your experienced cycling coach will take you through different workouts geared to your needs and aimed at your level so that you get a great session every time.
GO Tri - Triathlon group (in partnership with Team Pyranha)
- For those wanting to do their first tri or their 50th, sprint or endurance, our 10 time Ironman coach will get you over the finish line in the time you want. You'll get your own tailored program, access to all running and windtraining sessions as well as one-on-one coaching, technique advice and all the support you need.
